Boat Information

Explore Copenhagen from another angle. Take a 60 minutes harbour and canal tour onboard one of the blue Netto-Boats. See Copenhagen from the waterfront and enjoy the scenery and the sights, which you will pass on the tour. When purchased online you receive a voucher only. There is a small fee for Children for the boat tour - please purchase this ticket directly on the boat.

Note: Voucher for the boat tour must be redeemed on the bus or at Copenhagen Info Tourist Information Center. Copenhagen Info is located inside the Central Train St. in the corner. Look for the Blue “I”.
 

Information for Cruise ship passengers

Arriving on a cruise ship to Copenhagen: If you arrive to Copenhagen by ship cruise, please note there are two ports in Copenhagen, Langelinie and Oceankaj. Our buses greet every cruise ship that comes to the city. As you disembark your ship, you will find our buses and staff ready to help you on board and into the city. Langelinie port is served by the Red route - Mermaid Tour. Our bus stop # 14 is located at the cruise ship terminal.

Oceankaj port is served by a shuttle bus service included in your Red Buses ticket. The shuttle bus takes you to bus stop #12, The little Mermaid on the Red Route and operates every 30 minutes from 11am to 4:30pm. Last departure is 1 hour before ship’s departure.
 

Redemption

Bus: Buy your pass, receive your e-ticket and redeem it on the bus!​
Boat: Redeem your printed voucher in the bus first or at any of Copenhagen Info tourist information centres.
 

Children Policy

Bus: Children up to 15-years travel for free when accompanied by paying adult (maximum 2 children per adult). Travelers over 15 years of age should be booked at full adult price.
Boat: It is not possible to purchase tickets online for Children. Child boat tickets are available on site at the price of €3
